If an inspection is canceled with advance notice (no less than 24 hours prior to scheduled inspection), the point is returned.
If an inspection is canceled without notice, the point is absorbed to account for time and coordination already performed.
Weather exceptions:
If severe weather prevents the inspection from occurring, points are not penalized, even without advance notice. We will require proof of weather event.
